This is an excellent collection of Arabic verbs. It provides the three letter root, and the commonly used froms of the verb. Each form has a simple sentences as an example of use. It is very valuable for when the dictionary gives you a dozen meanings for a root -- this list of common forms and the sample sentences often make things clear. Highly recommended.
