To all friends and colleagues, if you've ever thought about walking on water, the first thing you will need is a first aid kit that will keep your heart and mind focused! Bernard Smalls has the perfect spotlight to guide you into the wealth of marvelous light. He is a teacher of the Creative Word with a practical, success motivation factor. O. Bernard Bernie Smalls has functioned as a successful corporate trainer in the business world and as a consulting resource with The Ken Blanchard Companies. He teaches on the foundation of biblical principles as an expert in leadership, sales, and service excellence. Bernard calls his teaching spiritual pragmatism for the 21st century. It is that self same spirit of excellence that will eliminate religion and zero in the art of Relationship as we reawaken in the original purpose of Devine design. I AM living proof in the fertile soil of manifestation, because I AM Life Living Abundantly. Titus S. McMillan, Ph.D.

This is one of the best works on customer service I have ever read. It is simple, fun, exciting, and teaches the basics of excellent customer service in a story like way. A must read for all that serve customers in any realm. This book could change the way business is done in the automotive industry and any industry. I like Ken Blanchard's endorsement that said; profit is the applause we get for taking care of our customers!
