I am a business owner and was looking for information on purpose-driven ethical organization before I purchased the book. Is it even possible & feasible I asked? Can an organization provide value of money and be good at the same time. Being good in the context of society and general well-being. This book gave me the vision on how modern companies can do good to the world and exist for the betterment. I did make notes based on the roadmap that the book provided. I shall be putting this into my organization in next couple of months for surely and hope to build an ETHICAL ORGANIZATION. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED READING for all business owners looking for information on aligning their business and ethical goals. Don't treat this book as a complete plan, but yes it does give a good food for thought to begin working on some of the ideas.

The failure of the financial systems around the world is begging us to reform the way organizations are managed. Rather than looking for new economic or financial theories and practices, Karmic Inc reminds us to revisit our basics - that is, how we operate at our fundamental levels and reform the way we perceive our lives and work. It illustrates four simple philosophical lessons that teach us how to do more with less, how to align ourselves with the world around us, and how to be selfless.
