This extraordinary book brings the excitement and drama of modern medicine and marries it with the suspense of a legal thriller. The author skillfully portrays the plight of the American health care system of the near future and forces the reader to see where we may be if our medical system where to become socialized and run by the government. I thought the book was exceptionally well written with great passion - the author keeps readers turning at every page, giving them a great ending the could not have been predicted. The reader is left with both the rush of reading a great suspense thriller, and in the end is forced to think about the state of our current health care system and begin to deal with some real-life issues that will soon need to be dealt with in America.

This book was not only contemplate ( with today's state of healthcare), but also amazing fly on the edge -as a legal thriller should be! I enjoyed this book from the first page to the last. The author obviously used his years of experience to capture his audience. I was also very moved to hear the very touching story of how this book became published ( personally I cried) I really recommend this to all readers-none will be disappointed!!

With the state of our medical system so to speak in the USA this story is chillingly real. One of the best novels I have read in a very long time. The author used his years of experience as a medical doctor to write a wonderful story of what slippery slope the US medical world is in and can become. Intrigue done so well that you come away saying... Is this really happening somewhere? Loves it!
